Pick a month. Once a year we come back, wash the house, clean the windows outside and clear the gutters. Your price is locked for the year, and you get first pick of dates before my calendar fills up.

What's included every year
House wash
Low pressure soft washing for stucco, siding, trim and eaves. It kills the algae at the root, so the house stays clean longer.

Outside glass cleaned, screens included, at my bundled rate because it is part of the same visit.

Cleared by hand, downspouts flushed and checked so water actually runs through, debris bagged and hauled away.

House, windows and gutters in one trip. Less disruption, and nothing slips through the cracks.
Picking your month
October or November works well for most homes: the gutters are clear before the rain, and the house is clean for the holidays. If spring pollen and May gray hit your home harder, pick April or May.
Add anything else
Roof cleaning, driveways, patios and solar panels can be added to any visit. Roof cleanings come with a Roof Condition Report for your insurer.
